Description
Power Amplifier PA6012N5540 is operating from 6 to 12GHz. Our amplifier uses SMA female connectors at 50 Ohm. The amplifier offers noise figure of 10dB max., VSWR of 2.1:1 max., 40dBm minimum of saturated power and high 55dB minimal signal gain with the excellent gain flatness of ±5.5dB max. The amplifier requires typically a +28V DC power supply. The A-INFO's Power Amplifier is manufactured with a high precision machining process to ensure high quality and ruggedness.
